Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 to the original payment method used for the booking.
About processing costs
When we process an online payment, the bank charges a fee that is not refunded in the event of a cancellation. For this reason, refunds include a 4.00% retention to cover this cost. For example, on a refund of 100 EUR, you will receive 96.00 EUR.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Property Owner
In exceptional circumstances such as unforeseen events, logistical issues, overbooking, or any situation that prevents proper service, the property owner may cancel a booking. In such cases, the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
